We’re starting with the iconic pineapple bun: that golden-topped, soft-centred classic you grew up loving. Ours are made authentically and frozen at their peak, so you can bake them fresh at home, whenever the craving hits.

They’re not too sweet, made with no artificial colours or flavours, and bring that bakery-quality magic straight to your kitchen.

Our Story

Born from family memories, baked for future ones

We’re Jansen and Joyce, Chinese Australian siblings who grew up with pineapple buns at home and Wonder White sandwiches at school.

That quiet contrast shaped how we saw ourselves: proud of our roots, yet always balancing between cultures. As we got older, food became more than comfort, it became connection.

When Joyce’s daughter was born, we wanted her to grow up proud of her heritage. But so many iconic Asian foods were too sweet, overly processed, or just didn’t taste like they used to.

So we got to work, starting with the beloved pineapple bun. After baking thousands, we found our not-too-sweet spot - soft, nostalgic, and made for modern homes.
