When and where do you deliver?
We deliver across the Sydney Metropolitan area every Saturday and Sunday. At checkout, you can choose the delivery date and a 2-hour time window that works best for you.
Our buns are delivered frozen to preserve quality. Please make sure someone is present to pop them straight into the freezer upon arrival.
How do I store my buns?
Our pineapple buns are delivered frozen to lock in freshness and quality. They can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Once baked, enjoy them fresh out of the oven! If saving for later, simply store the buns in an airtight container at room temperature. Consume within 2–3 days. For more storage tips and tricks click here.
Our buns contain no preservatives, so freshness is best!
How to bake the pineapple buns?
We have specifically designed the pineapple buns to be very easy to bake at home! It is ready to bake straight out of your freezer.
All you have to do is:
1. Pre-heat your oven to 160 degrees Celsius (fan-forced).
2. Place frozen bun (including baking cup) into the oven for 21 minutes. (Watch as the buns grow!)
3. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before eating.

What are our buns made of?
Made with a heap of love and a whole lot of culture.
Our pineapple buns contain wheat, egg, milk, and may contain traces of soy. There are no pineapples in our buns (the name comes from the way out toppings crack)!
